AM Award Winners 2011

Cross Roads are now officially have the Best Sales Team in the UK. At last nights Automotive Management Awards which are open to all manufacturers who select the best of the best,  Cross Roads where awarded the Sales Team of Year ( New and Used ) 2011.

This was based on process , customer handling , staff development , customer satisfaction surveys and the unique way we profile all our staff to ensure job fit . 

In all previous AM Awards the winning companies have been part of large dealer groups or PLC's , this is the first time a smaller company has excelled .
