I bought a Subaru Outback from Crossroads at Treddington in September after meeting Jon Mathers on his show stand at The Moreton Show last summer. I am an experienced business consultant in the automotive sector and explained to Jon that I know the industry, the way it works and was genuinely interested in what Subaru offered. He was straight with me then and after a couple of meetings and demos, he sold me an ex-demo Outback. Everyone I have dealt with at Crossroads has expressed the same ethos/values/behaviours/attitudes as Jon. They are a first class example of what I believe Subaru are about and a credit to the brand. It was a joy to buy the car, it has been a joy driving it and having had its first service recently it was a joy having it serviced. As someone who trains the automotive industry in people management, sales and marketing skills and customer service excellence, businesses like Crossroads are going to do me out of a lot of personal income!! No wonder they won the AM Award for best sales team - I've told Jon "Aftersales" next!! If all your dealers are like Crossroads, you don't need my services,
